Ceramic fibre insulation
The ceramic fiber materials are use as light insulation in high temperature, as: board, blanket, cloth, rope, tape and insulating modules. The main users of ceramic fiber materials, are: power engineering, ceramic and heavy industry, chemical processing, industrial furnaces, which use this material as isolations, thermal or filter lining, shields, seals.
Ceramic blanket
Soft, lightweight heat-insulating mats of density on level 96, 130 and 160 kg/m3. The material is delivered in rollers, with varies thickness from 10 to 50 mm. This is easy to assembly using anchors or special ceramic glue. With N23 special mortar, can to do a hard and mechanical resistant shield on surface of the light insulation.
Bio ceramic fiber materials
Ceramic materials in form of blanket, paper and boards manufactured from a special bio-soluble fiber with a high content of alkali earth silicate (AES). Products made of this fiber have similar characteristics as standard HT ceramic fiber materials but are more safe for human health and do not cause skin irritation. These materials have special packaging with green print.
Ceramic paper and cardboard
Soft and flexible material with respectable mechanical strength and density on level 200 kg/m³. It is delivered in rolls with variates thickness from 0.5 mm. The ceramic paper is designed for cutting pads, gaskets also for use as high-temperature membranes and filters.
Ceramic boards
Vacuum-formed hard boards with polished surface and density on level 300 up to 360 kg/m³. The boards replace perfectly traditional heavy refractory linings, have better isolation properties and they are available in biger formats, moreover they are not fragile and even they are a little flexible. Furthermore they are easy to cut and montage with use glue or anchors, even without using mortar.
HTY Ceramic yarn
HTY ceramic yarn based on ceramic fiber can be made on a carrier of glass thread, metal wire or special soluble BIO ceramic fiber. The HTY ceramic yarn is raw material for the production of refractory textile products, such as: ropes, cloth, tapes.
Ceramic cloth
Ceramic cloth with a plain weave with wide up to 2 meter and thickness 2, 3 or 5 mm. The cloth is reinforced with glass and quartz fibers eventually with stainless wire made of refractory steel or high-nickel alloy, for usage in temperatures over 1000°C. Ceramic cloth keep the characteristic for woven materials flexibility and softness at high tensile strength.
Ceramic ropes
Braided ropes made of ceramic fiber with square, round, and rectangular profiles, designed for work up to 1000°C. The ropes are characterized by low density, which guaranty high efficiency and insulating power. Ropes are made by plane braiding or 3 and 4-wave braiding for bigger sizes, which give them flexibility and durability of blow away.
Ceramic tapes
Ceramic tapes with a plain weave width wides and thicknesses in large scope up to 200 mm. The tapes can be made with many version, as self-adhesive, coated reflective surface, reinforced by quartz fiber or high-nickel wire for temperatures 1000°C and over. Tapes can be delivered with short segments cut or in rolls with any length.
HT 1200 ceramic fiber bulk
Refractory ceramic bulk is a loose mixture of irregularly oriented ceramic fibers of different lengths. HT ceramic bulk is obtained by blown the molten mixture of quartz and alumina (diglin trioxide) in a gas stream.
Refractory mortar HTM
The HTM refractory mortar is for bonding, to get rigidity and to make a hard coating on ceramic fiber refractories. Depending on a type of mortar: HTM23 to HTM30, they can be used up to 1650°C as both adhesive and self-supporting refractory structure.
