PTFE, polyamide PA6, and PEEK are specialized plastics with exceptional properties that are used in various advanced applications.

PEEK combines very good thermal resistance of fluoropolymers with high mechanical strength of PA6 polyamide and belongs to the group of high-performance plastics with the highest parameters and capabilities. It is available in boards and sheets, rods and rolls, sleeves and pipes.

Rods and rolls with diameters in scope of 6 mm up to 200 mm are available in 1 m section. Bigger elements, as rods with diameters in scope of 220 up to 500 mm are delivered in section 300 mm.

PTFE sheets and boards are available in a wide range of thicknesses from 0.5 to 100 mm in format up to 1.5 m. The surface of the boards is white, smooth and has very low surface energy, which gives a lack of adhesion and good sliding properties.

Foil made of pure PTFE with thickness from 0.04 up to 3 mm and width up to 1500 mm. The PTFE foil is excellent insulator and at the same time it has a very low dielectric loss and high resistance of electric arc, on level 50 kV/mm. Except the electric applications, the PTFE foil is used in the chemical and food industries.

PTFE sleeves and cylinders are available in a wide range of sizes up to 800 mm with wall thicknesses above 10 mm. PTFE in the sleeve form is used to make rings and slides elements, it significantly reduces waste and saves the cost of material.

Tubing and hose with optional diameters in scope of 0.5 - 25 mm and walls with thicknesses 0.2 - 2 mm. The tubing can be made in varies version: as smooth tubing, corrugated tubing with low bending radius and high pressure tubing with steel over-braiding.

PTFE rolls and rods filled with 20% graphite addition. This material has a higher friction wear resistance and good antistatic properties, it is designed for bushes and sliding elements.

PTFE with the addition of bronze at a level from 30 to 60%. The properties of bronze as a bearing alloy are generally known.

PTFE sheets and boards filled with 25% fiberglass addition. The PTFE sheets modified by glass have better mechanical properties, such as hardness and rigidity, no creep susceptibility and it has many times higher wear resistance.

Aqueous PTFE dispersion designed for impregnation of sealing materials and as an additive for lubricants and paints. The dispersion contains 60% PTFE and activator, after drying and thermal treatment, it guarantees full chemical resistance, flexibility and very low coefficient of friction.

Elastic tape made of 100% purity PTFE in round and rectangular profiles, with a self-adhesive layer, with width form 3 up to 100 mm. The Uniflexon tape is used for immediate seals in chemical, food and pharmaceutical installations up to 25 bar.

Gland packing made of expanded PTFE filled with graphite or in 100% pure version. Packing in square profiles is available in a wide range of sizes from 4x4 to 30x30 mm and it is designed for making dynamic seals in pumps and other rotary motion devices.
