Fiberglass and technical fabrics
The insulation materials are produced of fiberglass, quartz, aramid, vermiculite fibres with high chemical and thermal resistance, over 550°C. These materials are weaved or braided from texturised yarn in various form, as: cloth, tapes, sleeve, square, round and rectangular ropes. The products could be supply in many options: covered with metal foil, silicone elastomer also with a self-adhesive layer.
Texturized cloth with silicone or aluminium covering
The insulation cloth in addition can be coated with silicone elastomer or with a reflective layer made of aluminium foil. Siliconed cloth SIL type ensure tightness and additional insulation. The ALU type cloth provides a very good insulating conditions because of a special glass yarn and the high coefficient of reflection of infrared radiation IR over 85%.
Aramid cloth ARM 300
The ARM cloth made of staple aramid fiber are characterized by particularly high mechanical strength and thermal resistance, and at the same time they are soft and insulate well.
VT vermiculite cloth
Vermiculite fiber is actually a type of glass fiber modified with vermiculite. As a result of this process, the fiber is covered with a refractory layer, what is more the chemical composition of the fiber is modified, which increases its thermal resistance and scope of application.
SQ Quartz cloth
The SQ quartz cloth is made of amorphous quartz fiber or properly silica. The mechanical and insulating properties of this fiber are similar to typical E-glass fiber but they significantly exceed E-glass in resistance to chemical influences and high temperatures, they can be use above 1000°C.
ST Texturized cloth
Texturised glass cloth with weight in scope from 650 g/m3 up to 1800 g/m3, that give thicknesses from 0.8 up to 3 mm. The insulation fiberglass cloth is the excellent thermal insulation in the middle temperatures range and match the basic requirements of temperature with the economical aspects.
STY Texturized yarn
Glass yarn in sizes from 400 tex to 5000 tex, designed for production of insulating and protective materials. Raw fiberglass (roving) is aerated and twisted, what make easier braiding process of textile products and significantly increases their efficiency in insulation applications.
Fibreglass ropes ST
Full-braided ropes with square, round also rectangular profile in scope from 4 mm to 75 mm. The ropes are made from a special, texturised insulating yarn, with a square braid up to 10mm of dimension and a triple-weave up to 15 mm and fourfold-weave braiding for larger sections.
Elastic ropes SE
Round ropes made of elastic fiberglass SE with special knitting. Thereby these ropes are more flexible and have higher resistance in dynamic conditions. Moreover they have lower density, better insulation and more than 50% higher efficiency at montage process than standard glass ropes. The white, round ropes D type and as a graphited version G type are available in sizes 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 15 and 20 mm.
STG hatch tapes
Tapes made of special graphited glass yarn, with sizes in scope from 2x8 mm up to 3x20 mm. These tapes have a self-adhesive layer and are designed for seal and insulation under dynamic conditions or frequently used fasteners, manholes, inspection doors, where the another material could be quickly crumble or blown-out.
Fibreglass sleeves
Braided coverings in sleeves form with varies diameters for insulation of pipes, wires, cables, and for use as tapes. Glass jackets are applied as thermal insulation and as a protection against mechanical damages and deleterious influence of environment. The sleeves can be made with silicone coating, which meet the standard VW-1 of incombustibility requirements.
Fiberglass tapes STC
Tapes made of soft, texturised glass yarns. The tapes with widths from 20 up to 100 mm and thicknesses: 1, 1.5, 2, 3 and 5 mm can be made in different options: with ladder weave, silicon or metal foil coated and in self-adhesive version. Glass tapes have widely applications both as insulation, electrical and as a covering layer against aggressive influence.
