High temperature boards
Boards and linings with a high thermal resistance, over 1000°C, which can work as structural and insulating elements, as well as shields in industrial equipment. The production of high temperature boards are based on various porous materials, such as: graphite, ceramics, micro-silica, mineral fibers, mica. These components have the right mechanical strength, low heat capacity and excellent resistance to sudden temperature shocks. The boards are molded and cut, possibly grind to the right thickness. After cutting, the boards can be ready for montage, this way saves time and minimizes waste.
SG Graphite boards
Grinded high temperature graphite boards are available in a thickness range from 4 up to 100 mm in a standard format of 1000 x 400 mm. Graphite boards work as structural elements or linings in furnaces and chemical installations, and can operate up to 2500°C in non-oxidation conditions. Graphite boards can be montage or combine with special screws or graphite fittings without reduction of the application temperature.
HT ceramic boards
Ceramic fiber vacuum formed boards with a polished surface and thicknesses in a range from 3 up to 100 mm. The HT ceramic boards are a perfect equivalent of traditional refractory bricks and linings, they are lightweight and have a better insulation property. Boards are easy to cut and stick with glue or with anchor, they can to work in the range up to 1400°C depends on the fiber composition.
CSB silicate boards
Lightweight calcium silicate insulating boards (xonotlite). The high porosity and addition of titanium oxide gives good insulation properties in a wide range of temperatures up to 1000°C. Insulations made of this material are self-supporting, easy to handle and safe for health, what causes a wide field of applications, both in industry and in general construction.
Mikrocer microporous boards
Microporous boards based on a mixture of micro- silica and silicon carbide are a kind of aerogel with a particularly high insulation property. Mikrocer 1000 boards are manufactured in the form of rigid panels as well as flexible, modular lining, and they enable reduction of sizes and weight of thermal insulation even several times.
Isoltek mineral millboard
Isoltek millboard is a modern insulating material based on velastonite. Boards with thicknesses in a range of 3 up to 12 mm have high thermal resistance up to 1000°C, good mechanical and insulating properties. This is a modern insulating material with similar properties to asbestos, capable of replacing it in most traditional applications.
Termika boards
Boards based on phlogopite - kind of mica, which have the excellent dielectric and insulating properties and a wide operating temperature range up to 1000°C. Mica boards are available in a wide range of thicknesses and two variants, as: flexible mica for seals and rigid mica for electrical insulation and thermal shields.
