Structural graphite
SG standard graphite with good mechanical properties produced in a wide range of semi-products. This graphite is available in the form of polished slabs and rods in a wide range of sizes, which makes it very easy to make final elements in workshop conditions.
High-temperature graphite
EG graphite with high resistance to thermal shocks and oxidation. This graphite is produced in the form of blocks, rods and large cylinders for use in metallurgy as electrodes, crucibles and other accessories. Elements from this graphite have high thermal resistance and can work up to 2500°C.
Graphite slabs
Polished slabs from SG or IEG molded graphite in a wide range of thickness, from 3 mm up to 100 mm in format to 1,2 m. Slabs enable economical implementation of a flat components and linings, directly at user works, without a difficult and expensive stage of production – cutting and grinding of graphite.
Graphite rods
Graphite calibrated rods in a wide range of diameters from 15 to 120 mm and lengths up to 1.5 m. Prefabricated rods with a smooth surface, after a small machining, allow quick and economical implementation of the required elements in workshop conditions.
EDM Graphite for electrical discharge machining
The production of EDM isotropic graphite is difficult and expensive, but it guarantees a fine and isotropic structure and low electrode consumption in the electrical discharge process. Graphite for EDM is delivered in the form of the required shapes cut directly from the graphite block with the required parameters.
Graphite accessories
Parts of machines and furnaces of different shapes and precise of finishing, also components on customer demands such as bipolar plates of fuel cells, components of photovoltaic cells, seals, slide bearings, crucibles, electrodes and elements for electrotechnics and semiconductors industry.
EAF Graphite electrodes
Graphite electrodes are designed for application in electric arc furnaces for steel production, cast iron, ferro-alloys, chlorine, carborundum, carbide etc. Electrodes are manufactured in tree categories: RP - regular power, HP - high power and HPS - high power superior with conical 4TPI nipples.
