SILICONE MATERIALS

Silicone is synthetic material based on polysiloxane, which are made of silicon-polymer chains. Unlike traditional hydrocarbon products, silicone is characterised by particularly high resistance to temperatures and aging processes, physiological inertness, does not spread fire and does not emit toxic combustion products. Silicone is a wide spectrum of materials, where their physical properties can be modified to a large extent, such as: colour, hardness, elasticity, conductivity and viscosity in case of liquid silicone.

MVQ Silicone sheets

Silicone in a sheet form a with wide range of thickness for cutting elements with various shapes, such as: washers, gaskets, shock absorbers and separators. Sheets are made of transparent or red silicone with technical purity in standard ShA 60° hardness, these sheets can also be supplied with high purity medical silicone.

Silicone foam sheets

Sheets of expanded silicone in form of a silicone sponge with closed cells. Silicone in this form is more compressible and flexible and is designed to cut shock absorbers, washers and to seal at relatively low compression force in ventilation and air conditioning systems.

Silicone hoses

Silicone hoses and pipelines are the best solution when particularly long service life and thermal resistance are required. In addition, the hoses are made of transparent silicone, which allows additional control of processes and medium flow.

SCF Sleeves and covers

SCF sleeves are made of an elastic glass sleeve with a silicone coating. The SCF sleeves are used to protect or insulate pipes, hoses, cables and wires from harmful effects, hot gases, sparks, splashing of liquid metals or corrosive chemicals. Sleeves are manufactured in the full range of sizes and also in the option for quick velcro montage.

SCF Glass ropes

Braided fiberglass ropes covered with silicone. The ropes are made in two versions: hard with a square profile and soft with a round profile. SCF ropes, similar to ordinary glass ropes, work as isolations, separate or limit gas flow, but the ropes with a silicone coating are more flexible and can ensure full tightness in both the gas and liquid range.

SCF Silicone cloated cloth

SCF cloth is material that combines high strength of glass reinforcement with high thermal resistance of silicone matrix. Silicone cloth are available in a wide range of thicknesses and in several options: with one-sided, double-sided coating and laminated layers.
