DWM FILTERING MESH

Metal mesh for filtering, constructed in the form of special Dutch weaves which allow for modeling the strainer's strength parameters while maintaining a high filtering and clearance level. Precise strainer design guarantees very fine filtering, up to several micrometers. The use of chromium- nickel steel guarantees high mechanic strength, resistance to corrosion and wear, and allows this strainer to be used in a wide range of temperatures, while maintaining sterile working conditions. Standard filtering mesh consists of a simple Dutch weave with a symmetrical mesh and weft distribution. The strainer can be also made of thicker warp wire, in a reinforced version, or with the diagonal Dutch weave, with asymmetric mesh. Special weaves are characterized by very high mechanic strength and durability, while maintaining a relative large clearance.

PTFE-COATED GLASS FABRIC

Glass filament fabric is made of highly ordered, very thin, continuous glass fibers. Their silky smooth surface and high strength are the most prominent properties of this textile. The glass fiber used for manufacturing SF fabrics is obtained from a mixture of quartz sand and alkali oxides. Thanks to its optimal composition, the resultant fiber is flexible and strong, as well as resistant to hot gases, chemicals and high temperatures. With the PTFE coating, such composites as TefaGlass separate well and do not stick to the surface. PTFE is characterized by high thermal and UV resistance, and anti-aging properties. Glass fiber fabric is an economic and easy to use material. It is non-flammable, does not produce smoke and can serve different functions in industrial machinery. SF glass fabrics are used as thermal and electrical insulators, fire curtains, welding shields, control joints, flue and hot gas channels in power engineering, metallurgy and machine construction.

HT 1000 CERAMIC SLEEVE

Hitermic ceramic sleeves are made of HTS ceramic yarn reinforced with heat resistant wire in the form of a woven, elastic tube. HT class ceramic fiber composed of AL2O3 – 45%, SiO2 – 55% is characterized by very a high melting point, beyond 1700ºC, and very good resistance to aggressive factors in industrial installations. Both Hitermic sleeves and other forms of ceramic fiber products are light, modern, fireproof materials with exceptionally low thermal inertia, which contributes to high power savings in thermal processes. Hitermic ceramic sleeves are used for protecting or insulating pipes, hoses, cables, process ductwork from the harmful effects of hot gases, sparks, liquid metal or corrosive chemical splashing. The sleeves are also used in the form of sealing tape on furnace, mill, dryer, dedusting installation connections, as well as tape in flanged connections with screw holes.

MULTIGRAF BOARD

The MultiGraf sealing board is a multi-layer graphite laminate reinforced with metal foil. Thanks to the connection of thin layers of elastic graphite with steel foil, the structure of the composite combines both features of both components, delivering: high strength from the steel, while maintaining the elasticity and thermal resistance of graphite. The structure of the MultiGraf board contains metal foil interlayers of 45 μm in total thickness, which support the soft, elastic graphite in thin layers below 0.5 mm. This design guarantees even distribution of stresses and radial increase in compressive strength for graphite. Furthermore, it makes cutting precise edges easier, substantially extends service life and protects the structure from erosion factors. MultiGraf is a graphite board offering the highest parameters, dedicated to industrial and power installations characterized by very high requirements. Boards and seals made of elastic graphite are intended for executing high-parameter and high-reliability technical sealing. These solutions have been mainly used in power and industrial systems, and in particularly important connections, where exceptionally aggressive media are carried, and where any leak risk is unacceptable.

TANKLID PACKING

Tank-Lid TLS and TLH are hybrid packing designed for static sealing of tank lids, hatches and other types of inspection manholes. Tank-Lid packing is made of polypropylene or acrylic fiber in the form of a spiral weave on elastomer NBR core. The outer, woven mantle made of PTFE tape reinforces the entire packing structure and protects it from sticking, scratching and chemical impacts. The packing is delivered in the form of a string with a specific profile and length, or in a ready-to-install form of a closed seal with dimensions adapted to those of the equipment. Tank-Lid is a multipurpose packing designed for use in the form of static sealing of lids, inspection doors, hatches, inspection windows, in industrial installations, basins, tanks in ventilation and dedusting installations. This packing is a traditional solution for permanent and reliable sealing of bulk and liquid substances in maritime and land transport. The product fulfills strict emission and safety standards, and can be used for all liquid cargo classes established by the International Maritime Organization (IMO).

SFA 600 GLASS TAPE

Glass tape with or without a self-adhesive layer, woven with the use of continuous fiber yarn with a shiny and smooth surface. It is characterized by good insulating and protective properties. The acrylic self adhesive layer is applied on one side of the glass fabric, and trimmed to match the width of the tape. Glass fiber made from quartz sand, with the addition of alkali oxides. Precisely selected chemical composition and strictly controlled production process guarantee that the product will retain its high strength and good resistance to chemical factors, hot gases and temperature changes. SFA 600 tape is manufactured in 0.10 and 0.15 mm thickness and 20 to 200 mm width versions. The most commonly used dimensions are 20, 25, 38, 50, 75 and 100 mm. The material has a low thermal expansion index, thanks to which it is suitable for both low- and high-temperature applications. The tape is characterized by a very broad working temperature range, i.e. from -100ºC to 500ºC in the version without the backing and from -100ºC to 200ºC in a version with the backing. The product is characterized by high tensile strength and high resistance to abrasion and chemicals, high resistance to environmental factors, oxidation and biological processes.
